- Each order is packaged in a recyclable board-backed envelope to ensure no bending while on its way to you

🟢 Sustainability - Zero Plastic - From the get go all our products are plastic-free and as eco-friendly as possible.
- We print in limited runs so we can eliminate waste. Any left over stock ends up on shop sales every few months or so.
- All our packaging is made of recyclable and/or recycled materials. Any clear bags used to protect products are compostable and recyclable as they are made of potato and corn starch. Yay!

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and take 1-2 business days to pack and dispatch. This is in addition to shipping times.
Free UK shipping
UK orders are sent free via Royal Mail Second Class in 3-4 business days.
You can upgrade to First Class at checkout which takes 1-2 business days.
EU shipping
Orders from Europe are sent via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery in 3-5 business days.
International shipping
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery in 7-9 Working Days.

Cancel an order
You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. After that your order may be already dispatched. To cancel an order, please send an email hello@gabiandgaby.com with your order number and a note about your request to cancel.
Returns
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after you receive your order. Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty.
Refunds
Depending on your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 business days to appear in your account. I cannot issue refunds on items that are damaged or unsuitable for resale. Items must arrive back ideally in their original packaging and be suitable for resale.
